Gustavo Arruda is the co-founder of QuaTI - Quantum Technology & Information, a Brazilian company dedicated to the exploration of quantum technologies. He holds a degree in Physics from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar) and a PhD in Physics from the São Carlos Institute of Physics (IFSC-USP). He works on Quantum Optimization and Quantum Machine Learning (QML) problems. He is currently pursuing his third postdoctoral research at the Laboratory of Computer Architecture and Networks (LARC-EPUSP), focusing on quantum optimization problems.
